When will I be charged?

We will charge you upfront for your selected period (3, 6 or 12 month subscription plan) upon subscribing we will automatically renew your subscription after each billing period on the first day of the respective month

Do I get billed for multiple month subscriptions upfront?

Yes. We offer special discounts for multiple month subscriptions. However, in order to qualify for these special subscription rates, you have to pay the entire period upfront instead of the £25 per month for 12 months.

Why we charge on the 1st and ship on the 15th?

Because we’re a customised subscription, we charge on the 1st of the month to allow us time to fulfill your order with the fragrance you have personally selected. Shipping takes place between the 15th -19th of the month ongoing.

When can I expect my “My Signature Aroma” fragrance to arrive?

Monthly fragrances ship on the 11th of each month. Please allow 7 to 10 business days in transit for your order to arrive.

Please Note: For first time shipments, if your order was placed between the 6th and the 20th, we will ship your first shipment on the 25th. All shipments following your first shipment will then be shipped on the 15th of each month.

Can I send my fragrance to someone else?

Yes. If you want to send the next fragrance to a friend, just log into your account and change the shipping address before the 5th of the month. Just remember to log in again after the 15th of the month and change it back (or they will continue to receive your orders).

How does my fragrance queue work? How do I manage my queue?

You select your first scent when you sign up with your “My Signature Aroma” subscription plan. Thereafter, you are to login and go to your “Aroma Calendar” to edit your queue, add new scents, or rearrange your scents in the order that you’d like to receive them. Note that your monthly fragrance selection is locked in on the 5th of the month. Therefore, any edits to your queue done after the 5th, will only be effective for the following month. (For example, if you go into your queue on June 7th you will NOT be able to change your June scent, but you will be able to edit July onwards).

How do I become a member?

First register an account with us and then you will have access to the subscription plans located in your account setting. Choose the first fragrances you want to receive. Then enter your payment details.

Are your fragrances authentic?

Yes. “My Signature Aroma” fragrances are 100% authentic, the ingredients we use to produce our in – house fragrances are not fake and are 100% our very own fragrances composed by our in house perfumers. All our ingredients are available to the public to use to also make their own compositions, “My Signature Aroma” fragrances just share similar ingredients / notes that resemble other fragrances used by fragrance lovers around the world who purchase from us and who usually tell us our fragrances reminds them of something they have come across in their lifetime. Each of our fragrances has a story behind it and they are actually inspired by our customers who have used our “Bespoke Services” that we offer at “My Signature Aroma”. The references on our fragrances are for our new customers to have an understanding of our in house compositions that might be to their liking. There legally is no copyright on a “smell”, anyone can make a fragrance and market It to the public. PLEASE NOTE THAT “MY SIGNATURE AROMA” IS NOT ASSOCIATED WITH THE REFERENCE BRANDS, DESIGNER OR THE DESIGNER’S FRAGRANCE MANUFACTURER IN ANY WAY AND WE HAVE NO AGREEMENT OR ARRANGEMENT AUTHORISING US TO REPACKAGE THEIR FRAGRANCES.

What if I am allergic to some fragrances?

Your local physician or health care practitioner should address any and all medical questions and concerns. “My Signature Aroma” does not give or intend to give any answers to medical related questions and we do not replace any medical professional. If you need medical attention, please call 999 or your local physician immediately.

Is “My Signature Aroma” safe for traveling?

Yes! You’re “My Signature Aroma” fragrances are perfect for traveling and abide by carry-on laws. You can find out more here: https://www.gov.uk/hand-luggage-restrictions/overview

What if I do not have a fragrance chosen in my queue for the month?

We will always ship the fragrances you have selected, but if you do not have a scent chosen by our cut off date, which is the 5th of each month, we automatically send out our featured fragrance of the month for your male or female subscription.

What comes in each monthly shipment?

Each month you will receive 4 unique 10ml sprays filled with the scent of your choice. It comes out to be 600 sprays in total usage, and this is enough fragrance to apply twice daily for 30 days. Included with your first shipment, you will get a limited edition MSA case, FREE!

How do I cancel my subscription?

But… we’ll miss you! To cancel your automatic renewal, email our customer support at info@Mysignaturearoma.com with a subject line “Cancel Subscription.” My Signature Aroma tries to process cancellation requests within seven business days from the receipt of the cancellation request. If you cancel, you can use your subscription until the end of the subscription term you have paid for. Please remember to cancel before the 5th of the month so you are not charged for that month. If you choose to cancel a prepaid 3, 6 or 12 month subscription, you may use you’re “My Signature Aroma” subscription until the end of your then-current subscription term which has been paid in full. Please note, we cannot offer refunds for the remaining months left in a subscription.

How do I upgrade my plan?

To upgrade your subscription plan, simply log in from the home page, and click “Edit” under the subscription you wish to upgrade. Choose a new Subscription Term and press “Change”.

What are my subscription options?

You can choose month by month, or get even better value with our multiple month subscription options. We offer “3, 6 or 12 month” options.

What happens if i have purchased a prepaid  subscription?

Your subscription will be automatically renewed for the same length of time.

How do I update my payment method information on file?

Log into your MSA account  from the home page and update your Billing details.

What forms of payment can I use for my monthly My Signature Aroma?

We currently accept Pay pal, Credit Cards (Visa, MasterCard, Discover and American Express) and Debit Cards.

What is the monthly cost for per month for a subscription?

The monthly cost is £25.00 but you can get even better value with our multiple month subscription options:

Can I ship directly to a gift recipient?

Yes, at checkout you will be able to select where you want the order to be shipped to.

What is your return policy?

We are not able to accept returns on My Signature Aroma subscription fragrances. Please make sure you log in to your account and review your queue to ensure you get the fragrances you want. For e-commerce, please see our policy in the e-commerce section.

Do you offer refunds?

We want you to love the fragrances you get, so please choose your fragrances carefully. We do not offer refunds or returns on subscriptions of any kind.
