At My Signature Aroma, we stand by the quality of our products. If, for any reason, you are dissatisfied with your purchase, you have the flexibility to return it within 14 days, even if the product has been used.
Please note that the return shipping cost is the responsibility of the customer.
Important Note: This return policy is applicable to our niche and private collection of fragrances. However, kindly note that bespoke and fusion fragrances, once the packaging is opened, cannot be returned also for beard oils and body butter products with any of our collections infused with our fragrances.
