At My Signature Aroma, we stand by the quality of our products. If, for any reason, you are dissatisfied with your purchase, you have the flexibility to return it within 14 days, even if the product has been used.
Please note that the return shipping cost is the responsibility of the customer.
Important Note: This return policy is applicable to our niche and private collection fragrances. Kindly note that bespoke/personalised and fusion fragrances cannot be returned once taken away from our store, opened and used as you lose your right to return any items which are subject to the Tailored Goods and Services Act unless item is faulty or damaged. In addition returns are not accepted for beard oils and body butters products. Please ensure you are satisfied with your products prior to finalising your purchase and leaving the store. You have the flexibility to notify us within 14 days after delivery of any items purchased online that you wish to return and within 14 days to have item sent back to us. This is applicable to our niche and private collection fragrances. Kindly note that bespoke/personalised and fusion fragrances cannot be returned 14 days of receipt and then dispatched out to you via our online service unless item is faulty or damaged.
