How can I create my own fragrance in London or online?
Visit our Brixton Village scent bar to discuss your ideas, book a guided fragrance workshop in London, or use the Create Your Own Studio online. Start with your preferences and explore available individual materials in the studio, or personalise a combination of MSA fragrances and ingredient notes through Fusion Lab.
How much does it cost to create my own fragrance?
Online Create Your Own fragrance sprays cost £75 for 10 ml, £150 for 30 ml and £250 for 50 ml. A 2.5 ml sample is £20. Choose your ingredients, shape your blend and review the size and total before adding your creation to the basket.
A guided workshop is a separate experience; its prices and inclusions are shown on the workshop page. Fusion has its own pricing, shown in Fusion Lab.
What is the difference between Fusion and Create Your Own?
Fusion Lab combines two or three fragrances or ingredient notes, including at least one MSA fragrance. Adjust the sliders to shape their relative balance. Create Your Own starts with individual ingredients: choose up to 12 across top, middle and base notes, then allocate the 20% fragrance-oil portion. Both tools show your choices and price for review. Their optional quick guides demonstrate the controls.
Can a fragrance I already enjoy help me create my own scent?
Yes. You cannot smell through a screen, but your memory of a familiar fragrance can help you recognise a scent direction and describe your preferences, even if you are new to perfumery. Tell us what you enjoy about it: perhaps a bright citrus opening, a fruity impression, soft florals or warm woods. We use that conversation to explore scent directions and available materials with you.
Discover a collection fragrance, personalise a Fusion, or develop your own blend in Create Your Own or a guided workshop. The aim is a fragrance that reflects your choices. A familiar reference does not identify another house’s formula or promise the same ingredients, scent or performance.
Can I give a personalised fragrance or workshop as a gift?
Yes. Create a fragrance with Create Your Own, shape a hybrid in Fusion Lab, or give an MSA shopping or workshop e-voucher so the recipient can choose. You can also explore our gift bundles. If you are unsure which notes someone enjoys, a voucher lets them make the fragrance personal to them.
